With the local schools running their Christmas performances on the same night we were down to only 3 Cubs Scouts so we decided to postpone the wet night to the start of next year. In its place we had another sort of wet night and arranged to meet down at the swimming enclosure at Paradise Point. Here 3 Cub Scouts, 1 Scout and a new friend they made on the night played in the water for an hour and then we headed through the park for everyone to have an ice-cream.
Thanks to everyone who has helped out with Cubs over the last year, even the smallest gestures of help can go a long way to helping the Cub Scouts have some great evenings, days out and camps.
