The Joey Scout Promise Challenge is the pinnacle award that any Joey Scout can achieve, it is a big undertaking and a major achievement for any Joey to complete!
The requirements include:
- Find 5 interesting facts about Lord Baden-Powell
- Write an present a prayer about what it means to “love my God”
- Help another person in the community
- Create a Promise Challenge Portfolio
The portfolio is a handwritten collection of reports, photos, thank you cards which confirm the tasks have been done.
This week one of our Joey Scouts, who is currently linking up to Cubs, was awarded her Promise Challenge Award. This badge can also go on the Cub Scout uniform, where it is worn until the Bronze Boomerang award is achieved.
