Today it was the annual Clean Up Australia Day event, and as per previous years Paradise Point Scout Group took charge of the Paradise Point cleanup. Well done to the 7 cubs who came a long today, and a big thank you to the schools and other helpers who came along as well to give us a hand.
As usual there was lots of rubbish to collect, with the most common litter being cigarette ends. Other unusual items were half an oar, a broken boomerang, a shoe and two socks!
